A Dupe Foundation For MAC Pro Longwear

So for a long time now MAC Pro Longwear has been my favourite foundation since I purchased my first bottle about 3 years ago! My skin is combination but I will say it is more oily than dry but not oily enough to completely use skincare for just that specific type due to dry patches. I have been on a look out for a foundation like Pro Longer for everyday use and at £26.00 per bottle I kind of want to keep it a weekend/special occasion foundation if you know what I mean?

So a few weeks ago I was in Boots just browsing the makeup even though I knew I was going to buy something, I spotted a foundation that had the same sort of bottle as the Pro Longwear and this was by Seventeen.  I thought well it is £6.49 (definitely not going to break the bank) so I might as well try it, I picked up the shade Soft Ivory as it looked like it had a yellow undertone not a pink which seemed great. Unfortunately this is far too light for me to but this will be perfect in the winter.

So, it is a full coverage foundation and it really is and its staying power is crazy! I wore it for a wedding, so the foundation went on at about half 8 in the morning and I took it off at 12.30am and it was still there after all that time. As for application, you do have to work with it quickly but it isn't streaky or cakey despite being quite a thick foundation to work with.

I absolutely love this foundation and this is definitely a great dupe for MAC's Pro Longwear, I am going to purchase a darker shade to match my tan but it would be nice to see them  branch out and definitely do lots more shades as it incredible.
