1. Start fresh every single day.

2. Check your bank account and payments regularly.

3. Put down your phone when you're out with people!

4. Try the 2/30 rule - 2 hours of TV, 30 minutes of exercise.

5. Understand that exercise doesn't have to be a big time commitment.

6. Cut back on the sugar!

7. Drink plenty of water daily!

8. Ask HR about the benefits that you are probably not using.

9. Practice safe sex - always.

10. Never go buy groceries on a hungry stomach!

11. Do start cycling (small trips to the shop)

12. Keep yourself surrounded by happiness.

13. Keep healthy snacks at home and at work.

14. Don't keep putting yourself down.

15. Do not try, or do drugs - it's that simple.

16. As for the above, do stop smoking too.

17. Take care of your clothes.

18. Go to the Dentist twice a year!

19. Eat whole foods.

20. Drink less caffeine. 

21. Do not get too drunk - the hangover is not worth it.

22. Do not snack out of boredom

23. Cleanse, tone and moisturise daily.

24. Wear SPF!

25. Make your home the place you want to be.

26. Don't buy clothes you'll only wear once.

27. Use Youtube for exercise videos.

28. Google how to do things if you don't know.

29. Drop loose change into the same jar daily.

30. Avoid tanning beds like they are your worst enemy.

31. Take medication correctly.

32. Take care of your body, you will not get another one.

33. Don't lack sleep.

34. Read labels on food and make up.

35. Optimise your fertility - if you plan on having children.

36. Count to 10 when you're angry.

37. Never let Google diagnose you.

38. Learn to take constructive criticism.

39. Do not skip breakfast.

40. Priortise.

41. Treat yourself.

42. Read more books!

43. Try and save any leftover income after bills.

44. Once every now and then have a clear out of everything.

45. Always purchase shoes you can actually walk in.

46. Fulfil your life with inspiration everywhere. 

47. See your family and friends a lot.

48. Enjoy the simple things in life.

49. Try and plan your meals for the week.

50. Take each day as it comes.
